If you are visiting us for the first time, we would rather you complete our Intake Form online.If it is not possible, You can download, print and complete it before coming for your appointment.
If you come to your appointment earlier than your set time, you can use our reception area and wait for the therapist to let you in.
We are located inside "My Salon Suite "store.
The main door will be locked, so you will have to use the keypad outside, dial number 5 and hit ring button to buzz you in.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email from us
(If you have a coupon voucher, please put in the note, the voucher# and expiration date, or gift card# along with your appointent request)
Note that your appointment will not be approved unless we get your voucher #
