Swedish Massage

Shiatsu Massage

While the hot stones soften the body muscles and help to release toxins, your trained therapist will usually apply Swedish Style relaxation massage to other areas of your body. Select warmed, smooth stones are often used with essential oils as a massage tool by your therapist as well.

Your therapist will choose the number, size, weight and quantity of warmed stones that will be used in your treatment.

Lomilomi literally means massage in the Hawaiian language and is an ancient Hawaiian concept of working with the life force of an individual to promote well being
